If you are unsure which server you are on, you can check by viewing your Clio URL: By default, North American accounts are created on the North American server. Select the region that pertains to your Clio account, not the region you personally reside in. The first time you try to file an email, you will be prompted to select your region and authorize the connection with Clio. To use the Add-in, open an email, then click the blue Clio button, then click File. You will then want to exit from the window and refresh your page. In the Add-ins search bar, search 'Clio' then click on the name. Log in to your Office 365 account, go to your Outlook, click on New Message, then click Get add-ins.
